Mark Cannon MD
Dr. Cannon is a Cardiac Anesthesiologist with an additional board certification in Critical Care Medicine. He is an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of California, San Diego. In 2012, Dr. Cannon was honored for saving the life of a San Diego Deputy Sheriff who had been shot in the line of duty. He served almost a decade as Level 1 Reserve Police Officer in California. He is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Special Enforcement Bureau SWAT Academy. He is certified trainer for terrorist and suicide bombing incidents as well as recognition of homemade built explosives. He is the past medical director of a UASI supported tactical emergency casualty care course.
